RECORDING - Please know that the original Warranty Deed and/or other documents to be recorded, such as Mortgages, will be processed by the Clerk of Court in and for the County where the real property is located. Each Clerk of Court’s Recording Department processes this paperwork in a timely fashion, but this may take up to 60 days before it is returned to our office.
Once the original paperwork is returned, please know that your original documentation, along with any applicable title insurance policy, if any, will be forwarded to you for your records.
